Eulalia Benavente
Immigration lawyer
I grew up in Santa Ana translating letters from immigration for my parents. Now I read them for other families.
I opened this office to take a small number of cases and handle each one myself: the first meeting, the forms, the interviews and the hearings. You won’t be passed to someone you’ve never met.
I hold consultations in Spanish and in English, and I write every plan down, because a family decides better when everyone can read the same page.
Cases I take
- Family green cards
- Deportation defense
- Asylum
